AI Advisory for AREA

AREA is seeking an experienced AI consultant to work alongside the founder on its core product: a neutral artificial-intelligence negotiator for residential real estate. The work centers on the negotiation engine and the enforced information barrier defined in the company's technical specification. Practitioners with applied experience in language models, multi-agent systems, or AI in regulated environments are invited to reach out to discuss an engagement.

Executive Coaching

One-on-one executive coaching for senior leaders operating under sustained, high-stakes pressure, grounded in doctoral research on mindfulness and leadership effectiveness. The work focuses on clarity, judgment, and composure when the stakes are highest, drawing on the Five A's framework: awareness, attention, authenticity, adaptability, and acceptance. Engagements are selective. Rate: $1,000 per hour.
